1. Application of the General Conditions of Sale
The present General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GCS”) govern all sales concluded through the website stjameswear.com (hereinafter the “Website”). Any order implies the buyer’s unreserved adherence to these GCS. Saint James reserves the right to adapt or modify its GCS at any time. The GCS applicable to the buyer are those in force on the date the order is placed.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Website on the day of consultation by the buyer. These descriptions may be modified at any time. The photographs illustrating the products do not constitute a contract. Saint James shall not be held liable if the characteristics of the products delivered do not exactly match the photographs presented on the Website. The buyer is required to read the care instructions provided for each product before use.
3. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in the currency of the country of the Website and are understood to be inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are additional and will be indicated before validation of the final order. Saint James reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the order.
4. Order
The buyer places an order by following the steps indicated on the Website. The order will be considered final only after full payment has been received and order confirmation has been sent. Saint James reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of an abnormal or fraudulent order.
5. Payment

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer during the ordering process. The delivery times indicated are for information purposes only and are not strict deadlines. Saint James cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure or the fault of the carrier. Upon receipt, the buyer must verify the condition of the products. Any anomaly must be reported within the timeframe specified on the Website.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Warranty and Liability
The products are guaranteed against hidden defects. This warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of products recognized as defective. Saint James’s liability shall not exceed the amount of the order. Saint James shall not be held liable for indirect damages.
